Dangerer Bay
Does anyone remember the classic Canadian TV show, "Danger Bay?" Well, lately I've been thinking my family and I should star in a super low-stakes remake. First there was the time my husband and I saved a trapped horned sheep - his horns had got stuck in a fence. Then there was the time my son and I saved Morty the squirrel from a rat trap (I posted about it on my blog a long time ago).
Then just the other day, husband and I were walking to the store in our neighbourhood, Kitsilano, in Vancouver. And there's a chicken walking down the sidewalk. Really casual, not stressed at all. We started knocking on doors to find out who owned said chicken. Do you know how we finally figured it out?

The chicken crossed the road.
Why?
Yup. To get to the other side. Because that's where his people lived, across the street!
Three animal rescues thanks to the Family Fernlund (and Nielsen) ... I'm gonna go write up the series pitch now.
